Embrace the Dream is a Christ-centered organization. We believe prayer has played and continues to play a strong role in the success of Casa Hogar La Familia. So we ask that whether or not you are able to donate to La Familia, please pray for not only the children, but the directors and the volunteers, as well.
The following are some of La Familia’s specific prayer requests:
- Pray for the Christian growth and development of the children.
- Pray for wisdom for the directors and volunteers.
- Pray for the safety of the children and staff as they travel.
- Pray for the congregation that meets in the living room of La Familia each Sunday; pray that the Holy Spirit will shower these men and women — many of whom have been unchurched for many years — with grace.
- Pray that the local farmers will continue to make generous donation of meat and vegetables.
